Online: The Leading Magazine for Information Professionals
Although a print publication, this magazine has an accompanying web site with issue TOCS as well as links to some whole text articles.  According to the editors,  "ONLINE is written for Information Professionals and provides articles, product reviews, case studies, evaluation, and informed opinion about selecting, using, and managing electronic information products, plus industry and professional information about online database systems, CD-ROM, and the Internet."  A helpful feature I recommend is their monthly update of search engines, e.g.,  3/99 update.   mak 3/17/99
