Lynda and I were looking at how to create image maps on Wednesday night and I found a site that makes it really clear.  Visit Creating Image Maps with Front Page.

Another issue is how to create images in Front Page and not have to create them in another program and import them.  This is the image that Lynda was trying to create in Word  jigsaw.wmf (4054 bytes)

but I was able to create it in Front Page by going to Insert, clicking on Image, and clicking Clip Art.  This puzzle image is under Shapes.  The same images exist in Front Page that exist in Word (they're both Microsoft products).

If you want to create an image elsewhere, you can save it as a GIF of JPG file and import it into your Front Page document.
