Actors should be constantly studying their craft, and I am no exception.  This page is an exploration of various vocal, physical and acting techniques or processes that I have found to be exceptionally useful in relaxing, expanding my limits and creating characters.

Physical Techniques - Physicality is important to actors.  You need to be loose and in touch with your own physicality.  These are mainly warmups to get you attuned into your physical self before begining work.

Vocal Techniques - This has several vocal pieces that I have found useful in the past several years.  They start with simple vocal warm-ups, just getting sound out, then move on to enunciation via tongue twisters, and then to breath control exercises.

Acting Techniques - This is actually a link to TheatrGroup's "Method" Acting Procedures, which is listed on the Acting Sites page.  As I went over the "acting" techniques I've used in all my classes and performances, I found that they were all listed and explained beautifully on this site, so I refer you there.
